“Due to very unfortunate timing and no notification received from Expedia before we arrived, we got to the hotel and were told the pool, hot tub, and slide were closing for repairs. If I had known in advance, I wouldn’t have driven all the way there to experience this amazing place. There was a lot of confusion about when everything was closed, so we got kicked out of the hot tub/pool 15 minutes after we got in, and it never opened again. My birthday was on a Monday and I wanted to go to the spa...

“Good, clean, quiet”

“We had an enjoyable stay. We felt well taken care of. Nice breakfast and we enjoyed the pool area as well. Pool water was very cold, though. However, the hot tub was great.”

“The Staff were attentive. We even had their cleaning staff straighten out and clean our room. We left them a tip as we checked out. The Breakfast was plentiful and the rugs in the hall were nicely maintained. The Pool was a little on the cool side, we fondly remember it being slightly warmer. Not bad for a 2 night stay.”

“Hot tub and pool were filthy. Construction on connecting rooms started at 8am with no warning. Toilet was twisted sideways and uneven.”
